We stand by our craftsmanship. All Mission Workshop bags and apparel carry a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
How do I clean my Mission Workshop gear?
We recommend spot cleaning with mild soap and cold water. Do not machine wash or dry, as this can damage the technical coatings and hardware.
Can I upgrade or customize my backpack?
Yes, many of our packs feature the Arkiv® Modular System, allowing you to customize your bag with various pouches and accessories.
Where are your products manufactured?
The majority of our bags are handcrafted in small batches in the United States to ensure the highest level of quality control.
Do you offer repairs for wear and tear?
